SAP iXp Intern - Communications and Design

About the role#

The SAP iXp Internship is a strategic, paid program designed to provide students with hands-on experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, and change management. This 12-month, full-time role is based in Montreal and offers the opportunity to contribute to organizational projects while building relationships across global teams.

What you'll do#

• Contribute to content planning and coordination across multiple channels, including social media and collaboration platforms.
• Help manage and deliver internal programs and initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams such as HR and leadership.
• Coordinate and support internal events, all-manager meetings, and leadership gatherings.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative tasks with operational execution.
• Support organizational communications cadences to ensure information is accurate and accessible.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or master’s program in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
