The Health and Counseling Center is seeking a Student Assistant for the 2026-2027 academic year. This position is open to Saint Mary's students only and involves supporting daily operations within the center. All interactions within the facility are strictly confidential.
What you'll do#
- Greet and check in students upon arrival.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and answering the phone.
- Assist with facility maintenance, including laundry, trash collection, and surface cleaning of exam rooms.
- Run errands as needed.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be prompt and efficient in completing tasks.
- Preference is given to students pursuing degrees in Nursing, Psychology, Public Health, Health Administration, or related Health Sciences fields.
Location & details#
- Location: Notre Dame, Indiana.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- Term: Summer 2027.
