About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship for 2027. You will join a sales region and a national cohort of interns to gain hands-on experience across the entire sales process. This program serves as a primary path to full-time roles in our Associate Development Program after you graduate.
What you'll do#
- Complete 5 days of sales training and 3 days of product and solution training.
- Work on an individual project and presentation focused on a regional sales issue.
- Collaborate on a group project and presentation to address an RRD business initiative.
- Shadow experienced sales representatives and visit our manufacturing facilities.
- Contact real clients and prospects.
- Compete in a summer-long sales competition.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising college junior or senior.
- We prefer majors in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales, though all majors are welcome.
- You have strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
- You can work well both independently and in a team environment.
- You are motivated to learn, develop, and support your colleagues.
- You can pick up new technology quickly.

- This is an on-site position.
- The pay rate for this role is $18 per hour.
