    About the role#

    The Customer Success Professional intern assists in streamlining back-office operations. You will help optimize quote-to-cash processes and reduce administrative burdens for Customer Success Managers. This role involves proactive problem solving to maintain data accuracy and ensure efficient operations.

    What you'll do#

    • Lead projects to improve performance and the customer experience.
    • Collaborate with global quote-to-cash teams to ensure data and reporting accuracy.
    • Turn raw data into dashboards using Excel or Power BI.
    • Analyze data to find trends and potential issues in reports.
    • Assist with training and the enablement of new or existing product launches.
    • Update project plans and notes to keep stakeholders informed on pending issues.

    What you'll need#

    • Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program at an accredited university.
    • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not provided).
    • Location within 50 miles of Milwaukee, WI.
    • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
    • Experience with data visualization in Power BI or Excel is preferred.

    • Location: Milwaukee, WI.
    • Work Modality: Hybrid (expected to be in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays).
    • Employment Type: Full-time.
    • Compensation: $19 - $28 per hour.
    • Benefits: Includes health insurance and 401k.
