About the role#
As an Operations Analyst Intern, you will support the daily execution of robotic delivery operations. This is a field-facing role where you will work with operations leaders, restaurant partners, and customers to keep the fleet running. You will gain exposure to logistics, fleet support, and on-site troubleshooting.
What you'll do#
- Manage the shipping and movement of spare parts, robots, marketing materials, and other company assets.
- Act as an on-site point of contact to ensure smooth fleet deployment.
- Help restaurants and kitchens keep their systems configured and operational.
- Work toward key performance indicators, including robot deployment, inventory control, and on-site support.
- Perform basic maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with software updates.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or recent completion of a degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to work hands-on in the field and interact directly with partners and customers.
- A genuine interest in robotics, last-mile delivery, logistics, or field operations.
Location & details#
- Locations: Las Cruces, New Mexico; Terre Haute, Indiana; Baltimore, Maryland.
- Modality: This is an on-site role.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
- Physical requirements: You may work outdoors and stand or walk for extended periods. The role requires lifting or moving equipment up to 25 pounds.
