Summer Intern - Generalist

About the role#

This summer internship is designed for individuals who want to embed directly into the team and own high-impact projects. You will work across sales, operations, finance, and recruiting, tackling live business challenges alongside company founders and leadership. The goal is for you to leave the summer with tangible output and real-world experience.

What you'll do#

• Take on high-priority projects across sales, operations, finance, recruiting, and other areas of the business.
• Work directly with founders and leadership on live company problems.
• Build and fix processes to leave the company better than you found it.
• Operate with a high degree of ownership and move quickly from day one.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in New York City for the duration of the summer.
• A track record of doing hard things and figuring out complex problems independently.
• While we welcome students from majors such as Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing, there is no specific major requirement. We prioritize how you think over your field of study.
