About the role#
Rilla engineers build and ship features across the entire stack. You will create end-to-end workflows, move them into production, and solve problems at scale. As a technical steward, you will raise the bar for code quality and set patterns for our engineering culture. Your work will involve building tools, mental models, and platforms that help the team scale. This role requires you to talk to and visit customers in the field to understand their needs.

What you'll need#
- Strong coding skills with proficiency in languages such as Javascript, C++, Python, or Rust.
- Engineering experience, preferably at start-ups.
- Familiarity with storage, data processing systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to iterate quickly with teammates.
- A high bar for quality and the ability to incorporate feedback.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
