About the role#
This summer internship offers students a challenging environment to prepare for a career in the actuarial field. You will work within our functional areas to support our mission of managing insurance and annuity portfolios.
What you'll do#
- Assess the long-term financial implications of company decisions.
- Develop new methods to manage risk.
- Estimate the costs of uncertain future events.
- Support functional areas including Risk Management, Asset Liability Management, Financial Reporting, Modeling, and Product Inforce Management.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
- You maintain a minimum GPA of 3.2.
- You possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- You are computer savvy and demonstrate the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
- The term for this position is Summer 2027.
