About the role#
The MBA Internship Program is a 10-week paid opportunity for first-year students to gain hands-on experience in field operations and strategic projects. This full-time role provides exposure to executive leadership and high-impact initiatives that influence business performance. Interns are supported by a program manager and mentor throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Participate in structured rotations across functional areas including operations, finance, maintenance, sales, and administration.
- Execute project deliverables identified by functional leaders and present your findings to key stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
- Develop professional documents and communications related to your project outcomes.
- Engage with employees and leadership teams to understand business drivers and operational challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the first year of an accredited MBA program.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A demonstrated interest in operations, leadership, and business strategy.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 10-week internship beginning in June.
