About the role#
The MBA Internship Program is a 10-week paid experience designed for first-year MBA students. You will gain hands-on experience in field operations and strategic project work while receiving support from a dedicated program manager and mentor. This role provides exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that drive business performance. High-performing interns are considered for full-time roles, including the General Manager Accelerated Program.
What you'll do#
- Participate in structured rotations across functional areas including Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration.
- Execute project deliverables identified by functional leaders and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth.
- Engage with employees and leadership teams to understand business drivers and operational challenges.
- Learn to influence financial outcomes and contribute to strategic decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the first year of an accredited MBA program.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A demonstrated interest in operations, leadership, and business strategy.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 10-week internship beginning in June.
