About the role#
The MBA Internship Program is a 10-week paid experience for first-year MBA students. You will gain hands-on experience in field operations and strategic project work. This program provides direct exposure to executive leadership and involves you in initiatives that drive business performance. You will be supported by a dedicated program manager and mentor throughout the summer. High-performing interns are considered for full-time roles, including the General Manager Accelerated Program.
What you'll do#
- Participate in structured rotations across areas like Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration.
- Execute project deliverables identified by functional leaders and present your findings to key stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes to find opportunities for operational improvement and growth.
- Develop professional documents and communications related to your project outcomes.
- Engage with employees and leadership teams to understand business drivers and operational challenges.
- Learn how to influence financial outcomes and contribute to strategic decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in the first year of an accredited MBA program.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 10-week internship beginning in June.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated interest in operations, leadership, and business strategy.
