About the role#
The Internal Communications Team is looking for an intern to join our Chicago office. This is a paid, part-time position for 6 months, with a commitment of up to 30 hours per week. The role offers the potential for a full-time conversion after graduation. Our primary goal is to build a common culture and network across all Reply offices in the United States.
What you'll do#
- Plan and deliver employee-focused events, including trainings, webinars, and experience sessions.
- Research and implement new communication formats and techniques.
- Develop strategic thinking skills and create content.
- Build technical competence by experimenting with generative AI, including creating AI agents and optimizing daily workflows.
- Collaborate with a team, travel, and interact with a diverse group of people.
What you'll need#
- A completed or ongoing Bachelor or Master degree in Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proficiency in video production and editing tools like DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or After Effects.
- Experience with the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for prompting, building agents, and using graphics or video apps like Midjourney and Runway.
- Competence in Office 365 applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Previous experience in event coordination and planning is preferred.
- A creative approach and a high level of comfort with collaboration.
Location & details#
- Location: Chicago, Illinois.
- Work Modality: This position is fully on-site with regular daily attendance required Monday through Friday.
- Compensation: $15 per hour plus benefits.
