About the role#
The Twelfth Ave Institute Internship is a church-based apprenticeship program for individuals who want to make a Kingdom impact. The program focuses on spiritual formation, developing a biblical worldview, and building life and ministry skills. It is designed to prepare you for future vocational callings by helping you grow in core spiritual practices and the fruit of the Holy Spirit. You will work an average of 20 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Participate in spiritual practices.
- Engage in theological development for 2 hours each week.
- Attend Twelfth Staff meetings for 1 hour per month.
- Attend Youth staff meetings for 1 hour per week.
- Participate in skill training for 1 hour per week.
- Engage in staff meetings and staff trainings for 2 to 3 hours per week.

- A willingness to learn life and ministry skills.

- Location: Kansas, United States.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: This is a part-time, paid internship with a rolling term. Interns are expected to take two days off each week for rest.
