About the role#
The Paradox Church Residency offers a two-year, full-time opportunity for individuals to grow in their faith and gain practical ministry experience. This program focuses on three stages: Learning, Leading, and Launching. You will explore a calling to full-time ministry while receiving training in specific departments.
What you'll do#
- Treasure Jesus and develop leadership skills.
- Engage in the residency curriculum and study hall for 10 hours per week.
- Participate in staff meetings for 4 hours per week.
- Gain hands-on ministry experience for 26 hours per week.
- Raise your full-time salary through support raising.
