About the role#
Cuyahoga Valley Church offers a two-year leadership development pathway for emerging ministry leaders. This program helps you discover your calling and gain practical experience. You will learn from pastors with decades of experience while serving in a multi-campus church environment. The program includes tuition-free theological training through Emmaus Seminary.
What you'll do#
During the first year, you will serve across multiple departments including Kids, Youth, Young Adults, Groups, Counseling, and Worship. You will focus on developing spiritual disciplines, growing as a leader, and discerning your specific calling.
If you move into the second year of the residency, your focus shifts to one primary area of ministry. You will take on greater leadership responsibilities and receive advanced coaching. All participants complete support-raising training run by Reliant.

We are looking for individuals who have a sense of God's call on their lives. You should be hungry to grow and passionate about Jesus.
Location & details#
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Broadview Heights, Ohio. The program follows a rolling schedule. This is a paid role, and Reliant Mission does not provide sponsorship.
