About the role#
The City Church Residency is a two-year program designed to equip individuals for vocational ministry. Residents receive theological, professional, and personal development while working directly with ministry leaders. This is a full-time, support-based position.

- Serve alongside ministry leaders to complete daily ministry tasks.
- Use your skills to assist with leadership and administration.
- Help execute ministry goals and specific initiatives.
