About the role#
Rehlko is hiring an Electrical Engineering Co-op for the 2027 term. This program provides hands-on experience and professional development through mentorship and project work. You will work alongside experienced engineering professionals to support our mission of building an energy-resilient future.
What you'll do#
- Support both routine and complex engineering tasks.
- Contribute to design activities and rapid-response projects.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Learn from experienced engineering professionals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior, senior, or graduate student in an accredited college or master's program.
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- A strong technical foundation.
- Ability to be adaptable and detail-oriented.
- Motivation to gain hands-on engineering experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Terms: Winter 2027 or Fall 2027.
