About the role#
Regeneron is seeking first-year MBA students for a summer internship within the Business Leadership Development Program (BuiLD). This program offers exposure to areas such as Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Market Access Strategy, New Products, and Rare Disease Marketing. Interns will engage in meaningful projects while gaining insight into the biotechnology industry.
What you'll do#
- Work on high-impact projects throughout the summer.
- Gain exposure to senior leadership through events like Lunch & Learns.
- Present a final project to senior leaders and the BuiLD board.
- Participate in team building and community events.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a distinguished MBA program with an anticipated graduation date in Spring or Summer 2028.
- A self-starter mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Integrity and a commitment to high ethical standards.
- Passion for science and the business of biotechnology.
- Experience in biotech, biotech consulting, or biotech investing is preferred.

- Locations: Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time, paid position at $70.40/hr.
