About the role#
The Regulatory Intelligence Intern will gain hands-on experience in regulatory research, analysis, and digital workflow support. This role involves working across multiple jurisdictions and product categories to deliver actionable regulatory insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to support regulatory affairs teams and contribute to the maintenance of internal knowledge repositories.
What you'll do#
- Monitor and summarize regulatory updates from global health authorities including the FDA, EMA, TGA, ANVISA, and SFDA.
- Categorize regulatory changes by industry, product type, jurisdiction, and specific topics such as labeling, clinical trials, or pharmacovigilance.
- Draft concise summaries and impact assessments for new regulations, guidance documents, and enforcement actions.
- Support the maintenance of internal regulatory databases and knowledge repositories.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for both client deliverables and internal use.
- Collaborate with regulatory experts to ensure data accuracy and contribute to the optimization of AI-supported workflows.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or recent completion of a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A demonstrated interest in regulatory science, compliance, and emerging technologies like AI and data analytics.
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative and multicultural environment.
- Previous experience or coursework in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or compliance is considered an advantage.
