About the role#
RegASK is seeking a Regulatory Intelligence Intern to support our team with regulatory research, analysis, and digital workflow tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in navigating regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions and product categories. You will work with stakeholders to deliver actionable regulatory insights while gaining exposure to the intersection of AI, software, and regulatory science.
What you'll do#
- Monitor and summarize regulatory updates from global health authorities including the FDA, EMA, TGA, ANVISA, and SFDA.
- Categorize regulatory changes by industry, product type, jurisdiction, and topic.
- Draft concise summaries and impact assessments for new regulations, guidance documents, and enforcement actions.
- Support the maintenance of internal regulatory databases and knowledge repositories.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for client deliverables and internal use.
- Collaborate with regulatory experts to ensure data accuracy and contribute to the optimization of AI-supported monitoring tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A demonstrated interest in regulatory science, compliance, and emerging technologies like AI and data analytics.
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative and multicultural environment.
