    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid Application Engineering Co-Op position for the Fall 2026 term. Based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, this role provides direct support to Application Engineers and Firmware Design Engineers. You will assist in troubleshooting product issues, developing customer solutions, and conducting performance testing on COPRA, FFU, and various blower products.

    What you'll do#

    • Troubleshoot customer-reported product issues and perform root cause analysis.
    • Define and create test setups and conditions for application testing.
    • Assist with customer-requested testing and new product application testing.
    • Support the creation of technical drawings, documentation, and standard work.
    • Travel to other lab locations, including Tipp City and Cassville, to support critical project or testing needs.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
    • Ability to perform hands-on application testing and troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Capability to assist in the development of technical documentation and standard work.
    • Willingness to travel to regional lab facilities as required by project demands.
