This role sits at the intersection of facilitation, participant support, research, and program development. You will work closely with participants as they navigate questions regarding identity and purpose, while contributing to the continuous improvement of the Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) and Purpose Design programs. These programs focus on past childhood reflection, identity modelling, and life mission development to help individuals align their personal goals with meaningful work.
What you'll do#
- Assist in planning and facilitating IFD and Purpose Design sessions focused on identity exploration, worldview development, and life mission framing.
- Support facilitators in creating productive and engaging learning environments and observe participant interactions to deepen engagement.
- Build strong working relationships with participants and act as a consistent point of contact.
- Communicate thoughtfully, adapting your approach to individual needs and contexts.
- Conduct research to strengthen facilitation practices and participant experiences.
- Contribute to team discussions regarding ideas and improvements to existing frameworks and methodologies.
- Capture key insights, track participant progress, and maintain documentation.
- Support internal coordination across different initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Currently pursuing or completed studies in psychology, sociology, education, organisational behaviour, business, philosophy, or related disciplines.
- Experience in facilitation, mentoring, education, coaching, research, community work, or similar people-focused roles is advantageous.
- Ability to engage thoughtfully with different perspectives and navigate complex, open-ended conversations.
- Strong interpersonal awareness, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.
Location & details#
- This is a remote role.
- The internship has a duration of 2 months, with the potential for extension or a permanent role based on organizational needs and mutual fit.
- The position is full-time and follows a rolling application term.
