About the role#
As an Access Your Future Service Intern, you will work alongside a mentor to gain hands-on experience in the heavy equipment industry. This is a paid, full-time internship based in Washburn, North Dakota. You will learn to diagnose, repair, and service equipment while gaining practical skills that build on your technical education.
What you'll do#
- Learn to diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, and assemble equipment with guidance from a skilled mentor.
- Document machine details, repair work, and parts usage on service orders to keep the team informed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Show professionalism by caring for the tools and machines you use.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Experience using mechanical tools.
- Strong computer skills.
- Valid work authorization for the United States (sponsorship is not available for this role).
