About the role#
The Access Your Future Service Internship provides hands-on training on engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems. You will work alongside mentors on equipment rebuilds and performance checks. This program is designed to help you transition into a full-time career upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service real equipment.
- Document machine details and repair work on service orders.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized.
- Maintain proper care for all tools and machines.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA and a solid attendance record.
- Experience using mechanical tools.
- Strong computer skills and a commitment to customer service.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized.
- Valid work authorization in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
