About the role#
The Access Your Future Sales Intern position helps students gain the skills needed to move into a sales role at RDO Equipment Co. You will rotate through the Parts, Service, Sales, and Management departments to understand how the dealership operates. This is a paid, part-time role typically intended for students before their senior year of college.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through departments to learn daily workflows and how the team functions.
- Develop skills in relationship building, product knowledge, and inventory management.
- Learn to navigate internal company systems and processes.
- Participate in customer interactions, team meetings, and training sessions.
- Maintain a professional image and represent the company.
- Follow all safety protocols and support a positive team environment.
What you'll need#
- A self-starter mindset and a desire to learn.
- A customer-first attitude.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Comfort with technology, including CRM platforms, computers, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

- Schedule: Part-time, rolling internship.
- Compensation: $23 to $25 per hour.
