About the role#
We are looking for a B2A Intern to join our Commercial Team. This role focuses on supporting our business partners, specifically travel agencies, and helping them get the most out of our platform. You will work with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and refine our partner experience.
What you'll do#
- Help re-engage, onboard, and support existing business partners.
- Monitor partner activity and analyze business metrics to spot growth trends.
- Handle partner requests and look for ways to improve their experience on the platform.
- Research the market and benchmark competitors to track industry trends.
- Work with internal teams to support platform development.
- Create reports, presentations, and recommendations to help the team make strategic decisions.
What you'll need#
- Advanced English skills. Knowing additional languages is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Basic analytical abilities and an interest in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new digital tools.
- An interest in B2B business models, online platforms, and digital transformation.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, remote position.
- Candidates must reside in Istanbul, Turkey.
- Working hours are fixed from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday.
- The role includes internal training programs, corporate English lessons, and access to corporate hotel and travel discounts.
- Employees receive one extra day off per year without loss of pay.
