About the role#
Radiant is hiring a Supply Chain Intern for Summer 2027. You will join the operations team to help manage procurement and supplier relationships for our portable nuclear microreactor projects. This is a full-time, paid position based at our headquarters.
What you'll do#
- Negotiate contracts and terms with critical suppliers.
- Manage a portfolio of purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery for project schedules.
- Identify cost savings and avoidance through sourcing strategies.
- Create supplier performance reports based on commercial and delivery metrics.
- Develop plans to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Improve procurement processes to support daily operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS or MS program for Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in El Segundo, California.
- Compliance with U.S. export controls, as this position involves access to restricted technology.
