About the role#
We are looking for a Co-Op IT/OT Services Engineer to join our Lifecycle Services team. This role supports our industrial customers by developing, maintaining, and optimizing process control solutions. You will work directly with project teams and customers, which requires travel to manufacturing sites for system commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
What you'll do#
- Design, build, and support IT-OT computer systems, including virtual infrastructure and network administration.
- Perform system performance audits on customer systems.
- Troubleshoot field instrumentation and valve-related situations.
- Manage distributed control system commissioning and startup.
- Execute on-site control system modifications and tuning.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a B.S. degree program for Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field.
- United States citizenship.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to provide clear and timely written documentation.

- This is a paid, full-time, hybrid position.
- The term is rolling.
- Locations include Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; and Richmond, VA.
