These systems support applications in signal processing, machine learning, and ultra-low-power processing. You will work alongside hardware architects to model, simulate, and analyze the performance of these architectures.
What you'll do#
- Define, document, and implement performance models with hardware architecture teams.
- Collaborate with SoC architects, hardware, and software teams to evaluate new features and understand design tradeoffs.
- Analyze simulation results to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Present your analysis results and provide recommendations to the team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to solve algorithmic problems independently.
- Experience with digital hardware design and RTL HDL design, such as Verilog or VHDL.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages like C, C++, or Python.
- Knowledge of hardware modeling and simulation.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Understanding of computer and processor architectures, machine learning, DRAM sub-systems, SoC bus fabrics, and digital signal processing.
- Familiarity with digital hardware CAD tools.
Location & details#
