You’ll help drive awareness, engagement, and enablement activities, working closely with ambassadors, trainers, and business leaders to foster a culture of AI advocacy and continuous learning.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an AI Adoption Intern, you will contribute to the success of our AI adoption initiatives through the following responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing AI adoption campaigns, including creating awareness materials and coordinating online engagement.Support the delivery of live demos, orientation events, and training sessions for Copilot users.Maintain and update self-serve learning resources and training materials.Track participation in enablement activities and collect user feedback to measure impact.Help onboard AI Champions, Trainers, and early adopters to build strong peer networks.Support community activities and recognition programs to celebrate adoption milestones.Prepare usage reports and synthesize insights to inform ongoing improvements.What You’ll LearnHow to drive digital transformation and AI adoption at scale in a global enterprise.Best practices in change management, communications, and peer advocacy.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Agents, M365, and emerging AI tools.Exposure to campaign planning, training delivery, and data-driven reporting.Ideal CandidateCurrently pursuing a degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Business, Communications, or a related field.Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, and AI.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) is a plus.Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!Qnity is an equal opportunity employer.
