This internship offers the opportunity to join one of Canada’s largest pension investment managers. You will be integrated into one of our investment teams—Infrastructure, Natural Resources, Private Equity, Real Estate, or Credit Investments—based on fit and business needs. You will actively participate in the analysis, execution, and management of global private asset investments.
What you'll do#
Depending on the specific team you join, your responsibilities may include:
- Conducting preliminary analysis of investment opportunities and assessing investment theses.
- Supporting investment team members in analyzing potential private equity transactions.
- Assisting deal teams with the execution of transactions, including co-investments.
- Analyzing potential real estate transactions across various asset classes, including financial modeling and economic feasibility.
- Providing support to investment teams during all phases of the credit investments process, including screening, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.
- Preparing investment memorandums and contributing to strategic presentations.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance, Accounting), Master's in finance or accounting, MBA, or a degree in Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics with strong academic standing.
- Excellent financial and analytical skills.
- High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Good communication skills in French and English.
- Must return to studies after the internship or have the internship be a required part of your curriculum.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a rigorous approach to research and documentation.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May–August).
- Modality: On-site.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
