About the role#
Internal Audit and Financial Advisory interns work with clients to solve complex business problems. You will gain exposure to different industries while developing technical and professional capabilities. The role involves collaborating with teams to deliver client-focused solutions and participating in internal firm initiatives. You will receive hands-on training and work under the guidance of Talent Managers and a network of advisors.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions.
- Participate in the Liftoff with Protiviti onboarding experience.
- Attend The Intern Challenge experiential learning course.
- Execute project experiences assigned by Talent Managers.
- Join committees and participate in employee network groups.
- Engage in social, civic, and networking activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Expected to graduate within 12 months after completing the internship.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying AI tools to analytical and research tasks.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and innovation to client engagements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical proficiency aligned with your assigned capability area.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
- Strong academic background and a growth mindset.
- Experience evaluating, synthesizing, and interpreting data.

- Location: Cleveland, Ohio.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment: Full-time.
- Compensation: $28 to $38 per hour.
