About the role#
Prosperity Partners is hiring interns for our Transaction Advisory Services team in Vienna, Virginia. This summer 2027 internship offers a mix of professional training and direct client service work. You will learn the mergers and acquisitions lifecycle while working alongside our experienced professionals to support middle market companies.
What you'll do#
- Learn the M&A lifecycle through training and project work.
- Attend sessions focused on M&A, technical, and relationship skills.
- Collect financial data and build databooks in Excel.
- Assist with the compilation and analysis of financial data.
- Join client calls and meetings with our team.
- Complete administrative and support tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program for Accounting, Finance, or Economics with about one year remaining until graduation.
- A basic understanding of financial statements and financial accounting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills.
