About the role#
Promutuel Assurance Côte-Est is seeking an intern to support marketing, communications, and community relations. You will work on projects that increase our local visibility and brand presence. This position is paid and offered in a hybrid work format.
What you'll do#
- Help organize and represent the company at corporate, community, and public events.
- Create and publish content for our social media platforms and digital channels.
- Assist with tracking and maintaining relationships with local media.
- Support the rollout of various advertising campaigns.
- Contribute to projects focused on brand visibility and communications.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a program related to marketing, business administration, or communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and current best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to organize your work and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Comfort interacting with various stakeholders and attending events.
- Ability to travel throughout the territory of the Société Mutuelle Côte-Est as required.
Location & details#
This role is based in Quebec, Canada, with work performed across multiple locations including Lévis, Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, Saint-Gervais, Montmagny, Rivière-du-Loup, and Rimouski. The position is part-time.
