About the role#
Promutuel Assurance is looking for a part-time student in communications and marketing to join our team. This is a temporary position based in Lévis, Sainte-Marie, or Saint-Georges. You will contribute to the outreach of our mutual insurance company by supporting our existing communications team.
What you'll do#
- Manage donations and sponsorships.
- Prepare for golf tournaments involving the company.
- Coordinate and attend various summer events across our territory.
- Maintain the department's equipment inventory.
- Provide general support to team members as needed.
What you'll need#
- A DEC or AEC in communications-marketing.
- Relevant experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong customer service skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends for events.

- Locations: Lévis, Sainte-Marie, and Saint-Georges, Quebec.
- Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week).
- Modality: On-site.
