Business Analytics Intern

About the role#

The Business Analytics Intern will support the team in advancing analytics capabilities through data-driven insights. This role focuses on transforming raw information into actionable business intelligence. You will gain hands-on experience working with real-world datasets, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

What you'll do#

• Collect, clean, and prepare data to support business and performance analysis.
• Assist with the development, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting dashboards.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision making.
• Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from the team and business partners.
• Support process improvement initiatives through research and data analysis.
• Improve data quality, documentation, and reporting consistency.
• Summarize insights and present findings in a clear, organized manner.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools is a plus.
• Ability to organize and analyze data to uncover trends and insights.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
