About the role#
We are looking for full stack software engineering interns to join our team in San Francisco. You will work on projects that span frontend, backend, and systems development. This role offers the chance to build features that teachers, students, and families use every day. We provide J-1 and F-1 visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
What you'll do#
- Build full stack software engineering projects.
- Develop features used by our schools, teachers, and students.
- Work alongside team members in engineering, product, design, and academic programs.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
- Use a tech stack that includes TypeScript, NodeJS, GraphQL, Prisma, Postgres, NextJS, React, and Relay.
What you'll need#
- A solid foundation in engineering principles.
- A desire to fix the US education system.
- The ability to solve ambiguous problems.
- A commitment to software craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Location & details#
- Location: San Francisco, California. This is an on-site, full-time role.
- Terms: Winter 2027 or Summer 2027.
