About the role#
Plains All American is hiring Engineering Interns for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based in our Houston, Texas office. You will work within our midstream operations, gaining hands-on experience by contributing to projects that impact our business performance. This internship requires a 3-month commitment starting in May 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support engineering teams with data gathering, analysis, and presentation for infrastructure projects.
- Help evaluate and develop engineering solutions focused on asset performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage technical reports and documentation using Microsoft tools, Oracle, and SharePoint.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Present the findings and outcomes of your assigned project at the end of the term.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program for Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or Petroleum Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
- Ability to commit to a 3-month work term.
