About the role#
As a Strategy and Market Intelligence Intern, you will work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and life sciences. You will build a comprehensive view of the competitive and market landscape to help shape how PhaseV positions itself in the clinical AI space. This role involves designing research frameworks, synthesizing insights for leadership, and piloting AI-powered tools to automate intelligence gathering. This is a 3-month internship.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate the competitive landscape and establish a structured competitive intelligence framework.
- Build and maintain a tracker covering clinical AI positioning, product capabilities, pricing, and partnerships.
- Translate complex market data into clear, executive-ready insights and reports.
- Partner with Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams to ensure market insights are integrated into pitch decks and product positioning.
- Track pharmaceutical, CRO, and regulatory trends to contextualize the company's market position.
- Define and conceptualize an AI-powered agent or workflow to monitor competitors and surface updates automatically.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in life sciences, business, data science, public health, health administration, or pharmaceutical sciences.
- A genuine interest in pharma, biotech, health tech, or clinical research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving.
