About the role#
The Co-op Technical Writer creates user-focused documentation for homebuilding software. You will explain software functionality to help customers use our products effectively. This role covers core modules like Accounting, Sales, Scheduling, Workflow, and Reporting.
What you'll do#
- Write and maintain Service Release and Hot Fix Notes for end users.
- Identify gaps in existing documentation and suggest improvements.
- Format content to reflect updates across the software suite.
- Support the software business with additional tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn ERP software applications and synthesize information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing multiple assignments and tracking progress from creation to release.
- Comfort using Azure DevOps and a willingness to use AI tools for streamlining processes.
- Ability to work under pressure, both independently and with a team.
- A focus on improving the customer experience.

- Compensation: CAD$22.50 to CAD$27.50 per hour.
