This internship supports strategic growth and market intelligence projects within the workforce development sector. The role focuses on competitive landscape mapping, analyzing labor market-driven training trends, and evaluating product positioning. This is a part-time, unpaid position with a duration of three months and a possibility of extension. The schedule is flexible, up to 15 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into the competitive landscape for infrastructure talent development, including industries such as data centers, advanced manufacturing, and semiconductors.
- Provide recommendations on how to position training offerings to remain competitive against alternative providers.
- Research and compare pricing models for earned revenue products, including customized training and upskilling courses.
- Utilize a combination of AI-powered secondary research and primary research methods, such as secret shopping, to gather market intelligence.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and prepare clear, concise written reports and verbal presentations for leadership.
- Attend project meetings to contribute to discussions regarding market strategy and product development.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student with a strong interest in research, market analysis, or business strategy. Relevant majors include Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Political Science, or Data Science. Candidates without a degree are eligible if they possess the required skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis.
- Ability to utilize AI prompting to enhance research efficiency.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- This is a fully remote position based in the United States.
