The Events & Business Development Support Intern will support the Corporate Engagement and Enterprise Sales teams. This role focuses on fostering connections with companies to build talent pipelines, assisting with sales operations, and managing corporate events. It is an opportunity to gain experience in sales enablement, event management, and business development.
What you'll do#
- Assist the sales team with accurate and timely data entry into CRM systems, maintain sales records, and support the preparation of reports.
- Coordinate logistics for corporate events, including scheduling, online venue arrangements, and managing attendee communications.
- Facilitate virtual events by managing registrations, materials, and follow-up activities.
- Conduct research on market trends, potential clients, and industry developments to support business development efforts.
- Gather and analyze data on companies and individuals to identify new opportunities and prepare research reports for the Revenue team.
- Support sales enablement tasks, including Learning Management System (LMS) administration and coordination of enablement tools.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- This is a remote position based in the United States.
- This is a paid, part-time internship with a rolling term.
