The B2B Marketing Intern will support the enterprise marketing strategy to drive awareness, lead generation, and employer engagement. This role focuses on building talent pipelines by connecting with employers ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. This is an unpaid internship.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the strategic execution of B2B marketing initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data from marketing activities to report on performance.
- Assist with the creation and deployment of marketing emails and promotional content.
- Support the maintenance of website features and content.
- Help develop and measure social media and paid advertising campaigns.
- Handle daily administrative tasks to support the marketing team.
- Adhere to organizational brand guidelines and design standards.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Science, or Statistics.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle constructive feedback and work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency with Zoom Meetings and Webinars, Slack, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
- A solid understanding of marketing techniques and campaign creation.

- Modality: Remote.
- Schedule: Full-time availability preferred, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
- Term: Rolling.
- Residency: Applicants must reside in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Texas.
