About the role#
We are looking for a Sales Intern to join our team in Wilmington. This position offers exposure to the food and beverage industry through hands-on experience with daily operations. You will work alongside our sales team to manage a small territory, support business strategies, and learn how we distribute products to our customers.
What you'll do#
- Assist with merchandising, order processing, and stocking shelves.
- Support sales efforts and manage a small territory.
- Shadow and work alongside team members in various departments, including Delivery and BES.
- Create sales presentations, deal models, and analytics.
- Participate in team projects and promotional initiatives.
- Join the sales team for blitz activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- A self-motivated attitude and a desire to learn.
- Ability to talk comfortably with people in both small and large settings.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 40lb boxes.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Proficiency in Canva, social media platforms, or AI tools is a plus.
