About the role#
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work alongside Department Managers at our manufacturing facility. You will gain exposure to factory operations while focusing on leadership and process improvement. This is a full-time, paid position for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Manage factory team members.
- Oversee daily operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Maintain department budgets related to labor efficiencies.
- Apply continuous improvement principles, such as Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen, through specific projects and team collaboration.
- Reward team members for their contributions and hold them accountable to performance standards.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
- A strong drive to develop people and help them reach their potential.
- A conscientious and loyal approach to your work.
- A clear desire to succeed and improve processes.
- Ability to perform all essential job duties satisfactorily.

- Location: Murray, Kentucky.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $27.25 per hour.
