About the role#
The PDSN Account Team Intern role is a full-time position based in Pella, Iowa, for the summer of 2027. You will support showroom activations, warehouse operations, and sales enablement efforts. This position offers exposure to operational execution and strategic planning while working alongside cross-functional teams.
What you'll do#
- Improve onboarding materials for users of the Contract Lifecycle Management system.
- Create a proactive communication process to alert sales subsidiaries about expiring contracts.
- Develop a scalable template for new warehouse setups.
- Manage a centralized showroom event schedule and define standards to ensure brand alignment.
- Assist with showroom and warehouse coordination, including inventory tracking and setup.
- Support sales team initiatives by preparing materials and tracking metrics.
- Contribute to compliance reviews to ensure alignment with legal standards.
- Assist with special projects and presentations.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, accounting, or finance.
- You work well with others and contribute to team goals.
- You can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- You are comfortable working in a busy environment.

- This internship is located on-site in Pella, Iowa.
- The program runs from the end of May through early August 2027.
