About the role#
Peak Sports MGMT is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our team in Allen, Texas. You will work with our Social Media and Marketing team to create visual content that builds our brand. This role is for someone who wants hands-on experience in sports branding and digital design while working on real campaigns.
What you'll do#
- Create graphics for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Work with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Design visual assets for short-form video content, including thumbnails, overlays, and motion graphics.
- Build branded templates to keep our visual content consistent.
- Design promotional materials such as digital ads, recruiting graphics, and marketing collateral.
- Help maintain and update the visual identity of the brand.
- Assist with other creative and marketing projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent bachelor's degree graduate in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies.
- Interest in sports, branding, and digital content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Understanding of current social media design trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to accept feedback and iterate on designs.

- Commitment: Minimum of 25 hours per week.
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship.
