Program Operations Coordinator Intern

About the role#

Passion for Life, Inc. is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of career readiness programs. This role focuses on streamlining operational workflows, managing program logistics, and ensuring that program goals are met through data-driven insights. You will work across departments to support management and career coaches in delivering high-quality services to students.

What you'll do#

• Manage and execute day-to-day operations for program services, including workshops, career coaching, and field trips.
• Facilitate program logistics and assist with participant engagement.
• Update and develop program policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are aligned.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing program processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Collect and analyze program performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in project planning and implement tasks according to established timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Program Operations, HR, and Instructional Design.

What you'll need#

• Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Education, Social Sciences, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate logistics, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and track project deliverables efficiently.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to improve program effectiveness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
• Prior experience in program coordination, operations, data analysis, or project management is preferred but not required.
