About the role#
Passion for Life, Inc. is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of career readiness programs. This role focuses on optimizing operational efficiency, managing program logistics, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality services to participants.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of career readiness programs.
- Assist with program logistics, data tracking, participant engagement, and process improvement.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing program processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Update and develop program policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures for workshops, career coaching, and field trips.
- Develop and update key performance indicators and metrics to ensure operational goals are met.
- Manage day-to-day operations for program services and execute project tasks according to established timelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Program Operations, HR, and Instructional Design.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Education, Social Sciences, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate logistics, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and track project deliverables efficiently.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to improve program effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
- Experience in program coordination, operations, data analysis, or project management is preferred but not required.

- Compensation: This is an unpaid volunteer role.
- Requirements: Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. and will undergo a background check. Candidates are responsible for covering the cost of the background check.
