About the role#
Passion for Life, Inc. is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of career readiness programs. This role involves managing day-to-day operations for program services, including workshops, career coaching, and field trips. You will work closely with the program operations team, management, and other departments to ensure program goals are met.
What you'll do#
- Facilitate and plan program service logistics.
- Update and develop program policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure operational goals are met.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing program processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze data on program performance to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in project and work plan development, including the implementation of tasks with established timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including HR and Instructional Design.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Education, Social Sciences, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience in program coordination, operations, data analysis, or project management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate logistics, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and track project deliverables.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to improve program effectiveness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
