Program Operations Coordinator Intern

About the role#

Passion for Life, Inc. is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of career readiness programs. This role focuses on optimizing operational workflows, managing logistics for workshops and coaching sessions, and ensuring program goals are met through data-driven analysis.

What you'll do#

• Facilitate and plan program service logistics, including workshops, career coaching, and field trips.
• Update and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and program policies.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Execute day-to-day operations and manage project tasks against established timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, Instructional Design, and Program Operations, to support management and career coaches.

What you'll need#

• Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Public Health, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Education, Social Sciences, or Organizational Development.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and track project deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in program coordination, operations, data analysis, or project management is preferred.
