About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in the transportation and logistics industry. You will work in a team setting to gain practical management skills while contributing to daily operations. The role is paid and designed for students from all college years, including freshmen through graduating seniors.
What you'll do#
- Work with your team to find solutions to operational challenges.
- Maintain, schedule, and dispatch drivers.
- Coach drivers to help them build skills and professional relationships.
- Use your attention to detail to ensure the team meets on-time delivery goals.
- Navigate multiple internal systems to keep daily operations running.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college program, including freshmen through seniors.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
- A motivated attitude and the ability to take initiative.
- Eagerness to learn about the transportation industry.

- Location: Jacksonville, Florida.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: This is a rolling internship with flexible hours. You can work 15 to 20 hours per week during the school year and move to full-time hours during breaks and the summer.
