Supply Chain Intern

About the role#

Palermo's Pizza is seeking a Supply Chain Intern for the Summer 2026 term. This role provides hands-on experience by supporting procurement initiatives, assisting with an Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, and contributing to cross-functional projects across the business. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

What you'll do#

• Support supply chain initiatives and strategic projects.
• Assist with procurement and material management activities, including purchase orders, transfer orders, and shortage reporting.
• Collect, cleanse, and optimize supplier and material master data for the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving Demand Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to support operational improvements.
• Collaborate with team members on daily projects and priorities.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• A self-motivated mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute.

• Compensation: Paid internship.
